Super Tasty Colostrum Smoothies

Super Tasty Colostrum Smoothies

Tropical Smoothie

Serves: 2

If you’re looking for a lighter option, use light coconut milk or even coconut water instead. Both will work beautifully — they just won’t result in as creamy a smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 frozen peeled banana, sliced into several pieces
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh mango
  • 1 tsp. Holy Cow Health Colostrum Powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp. toasted shredded coconut, to top (optional)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and uniform in texture.
Top with toasted coconut if desired and serve.

If your smoothie turns out thicker than you’d like, add a little water (or leftover coconut milk) until it reaches your preferred consistency. Likewise, if the smoothie is too thin, add more ice cubes — one at a time — until it’s where you’d like it to be.
